UDON NOODLES: Water, Wheat Flour, Modified Tapioca Starch, Less Than 2% of Salt, Lactic Acid. SOUP BASE: Soy Sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Dextrose, Salted Sake (Water, Rice, Koji, Salt), Seaweed Extract Seasoning (Seaweed Extract, Maltose Syrup, Salt, Sugar, Yeast Extract), Sugar, Shiitake Mushroom Extract Powder (Dextrin, Shiitake Mushroom, Salt, Yeast Extract), Yeast Extract, Rice Vinegar, Less Than 2% of Molasses, Salt. TOPPINGS: Dehydrated Bok Choy, Dehydrated Green Onion, Freeze Dried Tofu (Soybeans, Gluconolactone), Potassium Carbonate, Dehydrated Shiitake Mushroom, Glucose, Dehydrated Chili Pepper Flake. CONTAINS: Soy, Wheat.

How to use

  1. Empty soup base, toppings and then noodles into bowl. Add water up to the "Soup Only Water Line" and cover loosely with lid.
  2. Microwave on high or 2 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid carefully. Stir well and enjoy!
