Buttermilk Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Healthy Options Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1/3 cup cold milk
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix with a fork until dough forms. 
  3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough and fold in half. Then, roll to ½ -inch thickness, and cut with 2 ½ -inch biscuit cutter.
  4. Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
