Instructions
- In a bowl, melt ¾ cup nut butter and ½ cup maple syrup in the microwave. Whisk until smooth. Stir in 1tsp of vanilla and pinch of salt.
- In a separate large bowl, combine 2 ½ cups of muesli with any dried fruit or unflavored nuts of your choice.
- Pour wet ingredients over the muesli mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in 8×8” baking dish lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate minimum 4 hours.
- Slice and enjoy!
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
