No-Bake Muesli Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Muesli
  • ¾ cup nut butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: Dried fruits
  • Optional: Unflavored nuts

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, melt ¾ cup nut butter and ½ cup maple syrup in the microwave. Whisk until smooth. Stir in 1tsp of vanilla and pinch of salt.
  2. In a separate large bowl, combine 2 ½ cups of muesli with any dried fruit or unflavored nuts of your choice. 
  3. Pour wet ingredients over the muesli mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture in 8×8” baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate minimum 4 hours.
  6. Slice and enjoy!
  7. Can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
