What is the Healthy Options Christmas Pre-Holiday Show?
The Healthy Options Christmas Pre-Holiday Show is a preview of our Christmas gift selections available for pre-order, with exclusive perks and privileges. You get the chance to be the first to avail our limited-edition gift selection.

What perks can I get from pre-ordering through the Holiday Show?
Get 12% discount* and a Healthy Options gift with a minimum purchase of P50,000 on eligible items.

Get P2,500 online gift certificates for every P50,000 net purchase. Gift certificates will be released within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.

*This code cannot be used in conjunction with membership discounts.

What items can I include in my cart?
For online orders, you can include any of our gift sets, sparkling grape juices, wines, mocktails and featured holiday cakes.

Can I change the flavors or variants in the sets?
Some items may have limited stock availability. For pre-packaged items, Healthy Options reserves the right to replace an item of equal or greater value when necessary.

Can I create my own gift sets to get the 12% early bird discount?
The 12% discount is only applicable to our gift sets, sparkling grape juices, wines, mocktails and featured holiday cakes. Customized gift sets are not available online for pre-order.

How can I specify my delivery schedule?
Pre-ordered items will be available for delivery between November 24 to December 13 from Monday to Sunday.

You may specify your preferred delivery date at the cart page. We will also send an email to confirm, after you check out.

Can I send my gifts to multiple addresses?
Only one delivery address is allowed upon check-out. For special requirements, please contact us at ask@healthyoptions.com.ph

What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept locally and internationally issued AMEX, JCB, Mastercard or VISA debit cards, credit cards, GCash, and GrabPay.

Can I pay 50% down payment first?
For our online Holiday Gift Launch, orders must be paid in full.

Can I request for a Sales Invoice for my orders?
Yes. Note that your order comes with a printed receipt. Please contact us at ask@healthyoptions.com.ph or include the sales invoice details in the special instructions field upon checkout.

Products are subject to stock availability. If any item/s in the gift sets are not available, Healthy Options reserves the right to replace these items of equal or greater value when necessary.


Images in the catalogue and actual product display are provided to help identify products, and may have slight variations to actual product/s received.


PO is considered confirmed only after 50% downpayment. No downpayment, no confirmation. Full payment is required prior to delivery.


Payment through check is only approved once the check has been cleared by the bank.


Once PO has been confirmed through 50% DP, orders are considered final. No refunds allowed.


Healthy Options reserves the right to cancel confirmed POs due to unforeseen circumstances resulting in product unavailability. The customer may choose to get a refund, or to change the PO with available products.


Healthy Options does not guarantee delivery on the Preferred Day, but can only guarantee delivery within the specified preferred week. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas.

is healthy options open for franchising?

Healthy Options is a privately-owned retail company specializing in all-natural products. To maintain the highest standards of products and services for our customers, unfortunately we do not accommodate requests for franchising.

is healthy options open for consignment?

Since Healthy Options is a privately-owned corporation, unfortunately we do not entertain requests for consignment.

product return & exchange

What is your return policy?
• Products received with defect or damage are valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges. For products in good condition, while we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take back these items due to strict storage and hygiene standards.
• Products that are defective or damaged, may be refunded, returned, or exchanged within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Outside of this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
• Products should be in their original purchase condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
• For online orders, shipping costs associated with the return of the product will be covered by Healthy Options.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at ask@healthyoptions.com.ph.  within 14 days of receipt of your order. Do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you are writing about. We may arrange to collect the product. Please send photos of the product and let us know the trouble you are experiencing. We’ll sort this out for you.

I received the wrong item or package. What should I do?
If you received the wrong item or package, please contact us within 24 hours at  ask@healthyoptions.com.ph.  and we will deliver the correct items to you on the next available delivery date. The same delivery person shall collect back the incorrect items in its original and unopened packaging.

I received an expired or nearly expired product. What should I do?
We are very sorry about this. We have a strict policy to ensure customers receive products with sufficient shelf life. In the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at  ask@healthyoptions.com.ph. We’d be happy to assist you.

Can I return the product I purchased online to any Healthy Options store?
Please contact ask@healthyoptions.com.ph prior to returning any defective item that was purchased online, to one of our physical stores. We need to provide you with a return reference number, which you will need to present to the store staff.

Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to order online?
The minimum purchase for online orders is P1,500 for addresses outside Metro Manila. 

Do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?
Yes, orders are accepted 24/7 and will be processed from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. 

Can I cancel and/or amend my order or shipping details?
For security reasons, once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. However, Healthy Options reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.

Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?
In case specific products are unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement or provide a refund. 

Why is there a limit to the quantity of orders for some products?
To serve the needs of everyone as equally as possible, we are currently limiting the quantities available per customer for certain items.

Why are some products available to Metro Manila locations only?
To be able to assure the quality and freshness of some of our products like chocolates, baked goods, eggs, and frozen products, we will only deliver these within Metro Manila.

What payment methods do you accept?

How will I know if my order pushed through?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. 

Do you save my debit or credit card information?
Rest assured that all debit and credit card information will not be saved in our system. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). You may view our Privacy Policy here.

Can I get discounts when I use my Seniors Citizen Card / PWD Card / VAT Exemption Certificate / Diplomat ID / Vat Exemption Identification Card when I shop online?

Yes, given that the appropriate documentation is provided. Please note that only certain products (basic necessities, prime commodities, vitamins and minerals) are applicable for SC/PWD discount.

Can e-Gift Cards be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one e-Gift Card be used towards a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another e-Gift Card during checkout.

Can an e-Gift Card be used to buy an e-Gift Card?

An e-Gift Card cannot be used to buy another e-Gift Card.

Can I use my e-Gift Cards to cover shipping fees?

Yes, e-Gift Cards may be used to cover applicable shipping fees.

Can e-Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, e-Gift Cards are a form of payment.

Can e-Gift Cards be reloaded?

e-Gift Cards are not reloadable.

How can I check my e-Gift Card balance?
To check your e-Gift Card balance, please contact ask@healthyoptions.com.ph.

Can I get free shipping if my order includes an e-Gift Card?
For regular items, you will need to spend a minimum of P5,000 net of discounts to avail of free shipping, exclusive of e-Gift Cards.

Can I use my physical Gift Card as a mode of payment online?
Physical Gift Cards can only be used in the physical stores.

Can e-Gift Cards be used in the physical store?
e-Gift Cards can only be redeemed at the Healthy Options Online Store.

Can I get discounts when I use my VAT Exemption Certificate / Diplomat ID / Vat Exemption Identification Card when I shop online?

These may be availed in our physical stores, given the appropriate documentation is provided.

Can I get discounts when I use my Seniors Citizen Card / PWD Card when I shop online?                                                                                 

Yes, given that the appropriate documentation is provided. Please note that only certain products (basic necessities, prime commodities, vitamins and minerals) are applicable for SC/PWD discount.

How can I process my Senior Citizen/PWD discount when I shop online?                                                                                                   

Email the list of products you wish to purchase together with the required SC/PWD requirements to ask@healthyoptions.com.ph. Given that the appropriate documentation is provided via email and are valid, the applicable discount(s) will be provided.

What are the requirements I need to provide so I can get the Senior Citizen/PWD discount on my purchase(s)?                            

Photos or scanned copies of the requirements below together with your order need to be emailed to ask@healthyoptions.com.ph in order to process the discount:

  • • Photo of valid government-issued ID showing date of birth, or valid PDAO-issued PWD ID
  • • Photos of first page and last updated page of the relevant OSCA/PDAO-issued and approved purchase booklet(s)
  • • Photo of doctor’s prescription
  • • Letter of Authorization for representative signed by the senior citizen/person with disability (if account name and/or delivery recipient do not match name on SC/PWD ID)
  • • Photo of valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative (if account name and/or delivery recipient do not match name on SC/PWD ID)
  • • List of products to purchase that are available at the Healthy Options Online Store.

Upon completion of requirements, our team will request for an updated photo of your booklet to be accomplished within 48 hours.

Once sent, you will receive a discounted invoice valid for 48 hours only.

How long will it take for my order to be processed should any Senior Citizen or PWD discount be applied?                  

Your order will be processed after all documents and payments are completed. Delivery will follow our regular delivery lead times by location, which can be seen here.
