Terms & Conditions:

  • Great Hair draw is open to all Healthy Options customers both in store and online
  • By joining the promotion, participants confirm to the full mechanics and agree to abide by its terms and conditions
  • Great Hair Draw will be held on April 17, 2023 using a digital randomizer
  • Participants must have properly and accurately filled up the sign up form to qualify for the promotion

Mechanics:

  • Get a chance to win a Dyson Airwrap™ styler or a Seal & Shine Conditioner every time you buy a box of Tints of Nature permanent hair color!
  • For in store purchases, scan the "Sign Up QR code" and sign up for Great Hair Draw Raffle.
  • For online purchases, click the link from our email and sign up for Great Hair Draw.
  • Provide full name, email address, mobile number, OR# or order number, date of purchase, and photo of receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Scan "Spin the Wheel QR code" and get a chance to win Seal & Shine Conditioner
  • For in store purchases, spin the wheel must be played in store on the day of purchase and in the presence of our customer advisor (Limited to one spin per valid transaction).
  • For online purchases, spin the wheel must be played on the day of purchase (Limited to one spin per valid transaction).
  • Spin the wheel is only until supplies of Seal & Shine Conditioner lasts
  • This promotion is open to all customers of Healthy Options in store and online
  • Only purchases from January 15, 2023 to April 15, 2023 are qualified for this promotion
  • Deadline of sign up is on April 15, 2023, 11:59PM. Late sign ups will not be accepted.
  • This promotion is not valid in conjuction with other promotions
  • Boxes claimed from returns and exchanges are excluded from the promotion
  • Qualifying products may no longer be returned or exchanged for products other than qualifying Tints of Nature items during the promo period.

Determination of Winner

  • Great Hair Draw will be held on April 17, 2023, using a digital randomizer in the presence of a DTI representative
  • Only one participant will win Dyson AirwrapTM Styler
  • Healthy Options reserves the right to conduct a verification process before awarding the prize.
  • If upon audit, winner selected cannot be reached thru details provided or was found to be fradulent (multiple entries using the same receipt, invalid email address or contact number, etc), replacement winner will be chosen.
  • Winner will be notified via SMS, Call, or Email from a Healthy Options representative based on the information provided in the sign up sheet.
  • Once notified, winner has seven (7) working days to confirm identity by presenting one (1) valid ID and screenshot of Email Notification of win from Healthy Options to claim the prize or another winner will be selected.
  • Once identity is confirmed, Healthy Options will ship the Dyson AirwrapTM to the addess provided in the sign up form
  • Failure to confirm identity within seven (7) working days will result to forfeiture of the prize
  • Prizes are not convertible to cash
  • The owners, management, employees of Healthy Options and their spouses and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion
