After a six-year hiatus, Healthy Options held the Biennial Children’s Party (2018 was the last one before interrupted by the Covid pandemic) last month at Blue Leaf Cosmopolitan in Quezon City. And what a fun day it was for both kiddies (age 1 to 12) and adults! The theme was Disney Wonderland and everyone came in Disney character costumes including the parents.
Why do we do it? We feel it is a wonderful way to foster a positive workplace culture while strengthening our relationship with our people. The Biennial Children’s party allows our people to see their peers and team leaders in a different light and that as parents.
Additionally, it serves as an effective team-building opportunity. Interacting in a relaxed, family-friendly environment encourages our people from different stores and business units to socialize and build stronger connections.
We believe these events are more than just fun gatherings; they are also investments in employee satisfaction, workplace relationships, and employer branding. The delicious food (with a separate and special children’s menu) was catered by The Moment Group
