Chamomile Banana Smoothie


  • 660ml Almond Milk
  • 1 teabag Chamomile Tea
  • ½ pc Overripe Banana
  • 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1tbs Honey
  • 1 Pinch Himalayan Pink Salt


  • Chia Seeds
  • Dried Chamomile Leaves (optional)


  1. Heat almond milk.
  2. Steep Chamomile Tea in the almond milk.
  3. Place the almond chamomile milk mixture into ice trays and freeze.
  4. In a blender, add all ingredients.
  5. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass.
  6. Top with chia seeds, dried chamomile leaves, and cinnamon powder.
