Cheesy Baked Salmon


  • 800g Salmon Slab
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayo
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 white onions, sliced into rings
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, paprika - for salmon seasoning
  • Parsley - for garnish

Cooking Procedure

  1.  Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Pat dry salmon. Season with salt, pepper, paprika
  3. Line baking dish with aluminum foil then brush it with olive oil. Add salmon then top it with onions.
  4. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic. Mix well.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the salmon
  6. Bake for 15 to 17mins. Then change oven setting to grill and cook for another 3 to 5 mins or until cheese turns golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with veggies.
