
These Swiss Brown Mushrooms were cultivated sustainably and organically without the use of any synthetic fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. They look similar to White Button Mushrooms but are light brown in color. They are also firmer, more dense, and hold their shape better when cooked. They are very low in calories and contains good levels of protein and essential amino acids. They are also loaded with excellent levels of B-complex vitamins and the minerals copper, selenium, phosporus, zinc and potassium.
Swiss Brown Mushrooms are perfect for kebabs, risottos, stir fries, sauces and stews.
