Whole Grain White Corn

STOVE TOP: Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a medium pot over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup popcorn kernels and cover with a tight lid. Shake the pan frequently until there are 3 seconds between pops or most of the kernels have popped. Makes about 4 cups popped popcorn.

IN THE MICROWAVE: Place 1/4 cup popcorn kernels in a small paper bag. Pop on 100% power for 1 1/2- 2 1/2 minutes until there are 3 seconds between pops or of the kernels have popped. Makes about 4cups popped popcorn.

    Bob's Red Mill healthy popcorn

    I love this popcorn including the yellow popcorn. It makes the movies I watch more enjoyable. It is very healthy and filling too. I pop it in a pot with a little bit of canola oil. I tried using olive oil but it did not pop as much as canola oil.
