A certified organic rice grown sustainably by partner farmers from North Cotabato. Red rice gets its unique color from its anthocyanin content. It has a soft texture and a nutty flavor.

Red rice is a better alternative to white rice with it being a rich source of B vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc, selenium, manganese, magnesium, and dietary fiber. Because of its low glycemic index and high antioxidant content, it is safe to be consumed by diabetics; and it aids in weight management, reducing inflammation, and lowering risk for cancer.

Other available colors/varieties are organic black rice and organic brown rice; mix and match to your desired flavor.
