Ingredients

Sponge Cake: Cane Sugar, mayonnaise, water, starch mix (white rice flour, cornstarch, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, xanthan gum), egg, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Ganache Anglaise: 64% Dark chocolate, milk, cream, Cane Sugar, egg yolks.

Vanilla Chantilly: Cream, vanilla pod, and powdered sugar.

Sugar Syrup Cherry: Water, Amarena cherry syrup, and Cane Sugar Cherry Jelly: Amarena cherry syrup, lemon juice, water, and cornstarch.
