How to use

Directions: (1)Do not exceed more than 2 doses per day. (2)Drink a full glass (8 ounces) of liquid with each dose. (3) Dissolve the dose in 8 ounces of water. (4)Lemon juice may be added to improve the taste. How to enjoy your relaxing soak Add 2 cups of NuValu Epsom Salt under warm runnine bath water to release its gentle aroma. Soak for at leas 12 minutes to allow your body to absorb the benefits of the natural magnesium. NuValu Epsom Salt helps to relieve tension and provides a soothing, relaxing experience. Use in baths, soaks, or whirlpool to unlock those natural benefits.

Foot soak for tired feet: Epsom Salt is famous for rejuvenating tired feet. Simply add 1 cup to about a gallon of warm water, and soak tor 20 minutes. NuValu Epsom Salt will help soften and deoderze feet. It also helps relieve aches, pains, and improves circulation.

For minor sprains and bruises: Dissolve 2 cups of NuValu Epsom Salt per gallon of water. Apply in conjunction with bandages or toweling or use in bath. Use with warm water for best results.
