Cooking Procedure
- Mix 5 cups of your choice of mixed nuts and seeds with 1/2 cup of buckwheat groats. Toast for 7-8 minutes in an oven at 175°C.
- To make the syrup, boil 1/3 cup honey and 1/3 cup maple syrup with a pinch of salt until temperature reaches 127°C.
- Mix syrup with nuts and seeds in a greased pan.
- Press into pan, cool for 20 minutes, then cut into bars.
