Can I add more items in the gift set?

Yes, you can add more items to your cart, which can also be placed inside the gift bag or box. Please provide your instructions in the cart page.

Kindly note that frozen, chilled and bakery items require separate packaging.

If your chosen items are too big for the gift bag, our customer support team will reach out to provide alternative gift wrapping options.

Can I purchase a completely different set of items for my gift set?

Yes, you may create a gift set from your own selection of products from our website. However, please note that there's minimum purchase for gift bags and boxes. You may learn more here.

How can I specify my delivery schedule? 

You may specify your preferred delivery date within range at the cart page.

We will also send an email to confirm, after you check out. For delivery lead time, please check here.

Can I send my gifts to multiple addresses? 

Only one delivery address is allowed upon check-out. For special requirements, please contact us at ask@healthyoptions.com.ph 

How will the gifts be packaged?

Gift sets are packed in either a gift box or gift bag. You may view the product description in each set for more information.

What modes of payment do you accept? 

We accept locally and internationally issued AMEX, JCB, Mastercard or VISA debit cards, credit cards, GCash, and GrabPay. 

Can I request for a Sales Invoice for my orders? 

Yes. Note that your order comes with a printed receipt. Please contact us at ask@healthyoptions.com.ph or include the sales invoice details in the special instructions field upon checkout.  

I am a member. Will I be able to avail of my membership benefits on the gift sets? 

Yes. As a member, you can still avail of your membership perks. You can earn points and get rebate vouchers.
