This romantic pairing features our special Valentine's gluten-free Strawberry Shortcake, made with airy chiffon cake, creamy mascarpone mousse, fresh strawberries, and a sweet strawberry glaze – a light and perfect dessert for sharing.  

Complementing this sweet treat is a bottle of refreshing Pierre Du Sud Rosé 2023. This fragrant rosé boasts a nose of cherries and a palate that mingles raspberry aromas with lively freshness.
